Terms of Service — Growthub

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Growthub Agency, operated by Lorenzo Pravata LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Growthub Agency offers performance marketing services, including but not limited to:

Paid advertising strategy and execution (Meta, Google)
Direct-response ad creative production
Performance audits and consulting

Specific deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements signed with each client.

3. Engagement & Payment

Services are custom and commence only after a formal agreement and initial payment.

Payment terms and schedules are defined in the contract with each client.

All services are custom-priced. We confirm scope, deliverables, and total cost before any payment is collected.

All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Fulfillment Policy

All services are delivered digitally. There is no physical product or shipping.

Timelines and deliverables are agreed upon during onboarding.

Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or approvals) may impact delivery timelines.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work begins. If you believe there is an issue with service quality, please contact us at info@growthub.agency and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the concern.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and feedback.
Review deliverables and respond within agreed timelines.
Not use any delivered work without full payment.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the delivered ad creatives and strategy materials.

Growthub retains the right to showcase work as part of its portfolio unless a separate NDA or exclusion is agreed upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

Growthub Agency is not liable for:

Losses resulting from changes in platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google)
Platform suspensions or downtimes
Failure to meet projected performance unless explicitly guaranteed in writing

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice as specified in the contract.

Upon termination, the client is responsible for all outstanding payments for services rendered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
